We are located in the small crofting community of Stronaba, just 2 miles north of the village of Spean Bridge and around 12 miles north of Fort William. Our rural location offers a peaceful and tranquil environment to enjoy the magnificent views but we offer easy access to all the main attractions in the west Highlands – just 20 mins from Loch Ness, 40 mins from Glencoe, 60 mins from Inverness and 90 mins from the Isle of Skye. Your own private cabin featuring quality bed linens, luxurious fluffy white towels, premium toiletries, all kitchen cooking essentials, fire pit, BBQ and a starter pack of logs & kindling for the wood burner & fire pit to get you started. Additional logs are available for purchase.
Our cabins sleep 2 adults in a full-size double bed and up to 2 kids over the age of 6 can use the futon sofa bed.
There is a convenience store, pubs and restaurants close by in Spean Bridge, just a five-minute drive from Stronaba. If you decide to dine locally, we recommended booking in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly during the busy Summer months.
Fort William is the nearest main town around 12 miles away. Here you’ll find a huge choice of shops, tourist attractions, bars and restaurants
Yes, to get the best out of your visit a car is recommended. We are situated in a quiet rural location approx. 2 miles outside the village of Spean Bridge and around 12 miles from Fort William.
You are welcome to check-in from 3pm and you can arrive as late as you like but be aware our external lighting is programmed to go off at 11pm. If you need access earlier, please contact us and we will try our best to help
When you arrive, your key will be located in a lock box beside the front door. We will send you the lock box code prior to check in. When you depart, please lock the door and leave the key in the lockbox.
What time can we have access to the cabin?
Yes, parking is conveniently provided directly beside your cabin.
Yes, We allow pets.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Those wishing to smoke are welcome to do so but we would respectfully request that ash bins outside the cabins are used for cigarette butts.
Inside your cabin you will find a waste bin for ‘general waste’ and a supply of replacement bin liners can be found in the kitchenette. At the side of your cabin, you will find 2 Recycle Containers. The one with the green lid is for glass and the blue lid is for aluminium cans, plastic bottles and plastic food trays etc. At this time, we are unable to recycle plastic film and plastic bags so unfortunately, these need to be put into the general waste bin. We are very passionate about recycling and your help will allow us to continue to make our small contribution to keeping the planet happy!
